Black Rock Shooter: Black Rock Shooter 03

black rock shooter cosplay - black rock shooter 03A character that was labeled as a black clad Hatsune Miku, Black Rock Shooter became her own entity on September 20, 2009. Crypton, the company that created Miku, announced that Black Rock Shooter has no relation with the Vocaloid character.

Black Rock Shooter is 15-years-old and is well known for her massive projectile weapons. The Black Canon can shoot up to 20 rocks per second, but she is also seen with a sword known as the Black Blade.

I think that’s a rather unique interpretation of the blue flame erupting from her eye. As the contributor Fernandez said, “this cosplay’s sizzling hot”!

Naruto Cosplay Ninja Otogakure Black HeadBand

Original Otogakure

The Rice Field Country is usually referred to as Sound Country. It plays as the enemy country in Naruto. It was in constant struggle and gather all the citizens together and for that reason, welcomed Orochimaru as their leader.

Otogakure
The Daimyo of Rice Field Country allowed Orochimaru to create his village known as Otogakure no Sato in hope that Orochimaru would help bring strength to Rice Field Country. Otogakure no Sato became the main village of Rice Field Country, being made up of Orochimaru's army of Sound Ninja.
Otogakure no Sato was allied to many countries such as Leaf, Grass, Rain, Waterfall and Sand, but broke many of those ties after Orochimaru revealed his devious plan to destroy the Leaf.
The main characters of Otogakure are Kabuto and Orochimaru. The others of note are the Fuuma Clan who act as gang-like ninja in Otogakure.

Otogakure in Naruto

Otogakure

(音隠れの里, Otogakure no Sato; Literally meaning "Village Hidden in Sound"), called Oto for short, was Orochimaru's personal village, founded for the express purpose of collecting ninja for his experiments and his quest to learn all jutsu. In actuality, Oto is not really a village, but a group of hideouts and bases scattered throughout the Land of Sound and other countries. Sound ninja use a diverse amount of jutsu, which are mostly centered around modifications and mutations Orochimaru gave them.
Three Sound ninja (Dosu Kinuta, Zaku Abumi, and Kin Tsuchi), under Orochimaru's orders, entered the Chūnin Exam with the goal of killing Sasuke Uchiha. However, Orochimaru was actually using them as test subjects for Sasuke's power after Orochimaru gave him the Cursed Seal. Later, Otogakure assisted Sunagakure in invading Konoha. With Orochimaru being sealed by Itachi Uchiha, the fate of the village is unknown.

Avatar: The Last Airbender: Aang 02

avatar: the last airbender cosplay - aang 02

Aang is a vegetarian. He refuses to eat meat because the Air Nomads taught him that all life is sacred, the same teachings in Buddhism and Taoism. He uses airbending techniques which are based on an “internal” Chinese martial art known as Baguazhang. His style focuses on circular movements and does not have many finishing moves, representing the unpredictability of air and peaceful nature of the Air Nomads.

This Aang is so cute! I wonder if he really shaved his head? And what did he use to paint the arrow on his head? Thanks to Leon for sending this in!

Review: Revlon Creme Gloss

I love the shine and staying power of MAC Lipglass but sometimes I wish its more pigmented - like lipstick. When Revlon sent me these babies, I got so excited and immediately played with them. Am I disappointed? Read on...

Revlon Creme Gloss in Patent Leather Pink, Crush on Coral and Peachy Sheen

PRODUCT INFO FROM REVLON:
The next-generation in lip gloss with both full-coverage color and extreme gloss shine. Collagen complex and light reflecting particles give lips a fuller appearance. Vitamin E and collagen condition for ultra-soft lips. Unique flow-through brush offers smooth, even application.

RETAIL PRICE: Php 475? Will verify.

WEIGHT : 1.18 ml

SHADES : Available in more than 10 deeply pigmented, high gloss shades.

PROS:
* the brush type applicator and the sleek packaging reminds me of my Stila Lip Glaze.
Pen type glosses are hygenic coz you don't double dip. After every use you can wipe the brush with tissue.
* consistency is thick - i prefer sticky and thick glosses
(like MAC Lipglass and Lancome Juicy tubes) coz they last longer.
* i love the smell! Not too overpowering.
* staying power is amazing! Applied it at 1pm... occassional sips of water + snacks at 3pm, by 5.30pm the color faded a bit but I can still see a bit of gloss is still left and my lips felt moisturised.

CONS:
* you have to twist the bottom end several times during the first use. Sometimes I end up twisting too much and a lot of product comes out.
* container holds a little amount of product (1.18ml). For reference, MAC lipglass has 4ml.
* some may find the texture tacky - if you don't like sticky glosses.

TIPS:
Don't forget to apply lipbalm first so that the creamy formula glides easily.

ADDICTION FACTOR:
This is pigmented like a lipstick but with the shine of a lipgloss. Perfect coz i love both! This creme gloss saves me time when I'm in a hurry.

RATING :
4 / 5

Locations of Kusagakure

Locations

Main article: Kannabi Bridge
The Kannabi Bridge (神無毘橋, Kannabi-kyō; Literally meaning "Bridge Where the Gods Do not Help") was a large bridge, spanning a river somewhere in Kusagakure. During the Third Great Shinobi War, this bridge was a vital part of Iwagakure's line of supply. Team Minato, led by newly-promoted jōnin Kakashi Hatake, were given the mission of destroying it. They eventually succeeded with the aid of the team's official leader, Minato Namikaze, although it did cost the life of Obito Uchiha.
Tenchi Bridge
Main article: Tenchi Bridge
The Tenchi Bridge (天地橋, Tenchi-kyō; Literally meaning "Heaven and Earth Bridge") is located somewhere in Kusagakure, spanning a deep ravine. It was here that Team Kakashi, led by Yamato, were to meet up with one of Akatsuki-member Sasori's spies, Kabuto Yakushi.
Trivia
The country Kusagakure resides in is currently unknown, but similar to Amegakure, the country has been called Land of Grass (草の国, Kusa no Kuni) by fans.
Some fans believe the Akatsuki member Zetsu is from this village based on his venus-flytrap plant appearance. However, his lack of a Grass headband with a slash mark is against this theory. Also, in the 3rd data book, Zetsu's profile section leaves his village of origin blank for unknown reasons. Also, in the card game, Zetsu's card states he orginates from Konohagakure.
Minato Namikaze and his son, Naruto Uzumaki, have both destroyed a bridge in this land.

Kusagakure in Naruto

Kusagakure (草隠れの里, Kusagakure; Literally meaning "Village Hidden in the Grass") is located in a thus far unnamed country. Because it had Genin participating in the Chūnin exams organized by Konohagakure, it can be assumed the two villages are allied. Nothing is known about Kusagakure's general fighting style, or even if they have one. It can be inferred from the village's name that its shinobi use jutsu involving flora or possibly Earth Release techniques. Although it has never been named, the country Kusagakure is located in has been shown on several occasions. The country is rich with forests, some consisting of giant mushrooms or bamboo. It also seems to have many rivers and deep ravines.
During the Third Great Shinobi World War, the country was invaded by Iwagakure and served as an important front between Iwa and Konoha. More than a decade later, Orochimaru had a hideout somewhere in the country.

Symbol of Sunagakure

History

Sunagakure was founded by the First Kazekage, who gathered the desert-dwelling shinobi under his control with his overwhelming power. At some point the village would come into possession of the One-Tailed Shukaku, and in the coming years the beast was sealed into two different hosts so that its abilities could be studied. The Third Kazekage was able to emulate Shukaku's abilities, earning recognition as the strongest Kazekage in history. Sasori left the village after the emptiness of lacking parental love finally reached a breaking point, but later returned, kidnapped, and murdered the Third, likely sparking the Third Great Shinobi World War with Sunagakure's attempts to find him.
Sometime in Sunagakure's history they created the Puppet Brigade in an attempt to create a jutsu that would give life to their puppets in order to increase their combat effectiveness. Research for such a technique was started and Chiyo eventually developed One's Own Life Reincarnation, but use of the jutsu came at too high a price at needing the user's life to complete the jutsu, thus the research was called off and the village continued to use normal puppets.
Sunagakure frequently fought with Konohagakure; Chiyo's attempts to poison enemies during the Second Great Shinobi World War were often counteracted by Tsunade. To compound this fact, following the Third Shinobi War, the Wind daimyo began outsourcing missions to Konoha, leading to a lack of funding for Sunagakure. To make up for the loss of military power this created, the Fourth Kazekage had Chiyo seal Shukaku into its third host, his own son: Gaara. It was hoped that Gaara would become a weapon for the village, but the power of Shukaku was too unstable and overwhelming for Gaara and the idea was abandoned. As time passed, however, the Fourth came to appreciate Gaara's increasing control and returned to relying on him as a weapon.
Later, Sunagakure was approached by Orochimaru with a proposition for a joint invasion of Konoha. The Fourth Kazekage was killed and impersonated by Orochimaru to give the impression of support, and Sunagakure was falsely led to a devastating loss against Konoha's forces. Once Orochimaru's deceit was discovered Sunagakure re-allied itself with Konoha, gaining much from the peace and leading to new prosperity for the village. By Part II, Gaara would be made Fifth Kazekage to replace his father.
When Akatsuki came to Suna to abduct Gaara, Sasori set several Exploding Tag traps and killed several guards, as well as reactivating two of his sleeper agents Yura and Mukade, while Deidara nearly devastated the entire village were it not for Gaara's Sky Sand Protective Wall. Regardless, Gaara was captured, and the village was in dismay.
An urgent message was relayed to Konoha for assistance via messenger bird. After Gaara was rescued and revived by Chiyo (at the cost of her own life) he was safely returned to Suna and is currently still the Kazekage. He lost his tailed beast, but still maintained the ability manipulate sand.

Sunagakure in Naruto

Sunagakure (砂隠れの里, Sunagakure no Sato; Literally meaning "Village Hidden in the Sand") is the hidden village of the Land of Wind. As one of the five great ninja villages, Sunagakure has a Kage as its leader known as the Kazekage. There have been five Kazekage, the most recent being Gaara. The ninja from this village seem to specialize in Wind Release techniques and the Puppet Technique.
Shinobi from Sunagakure believe that the accomplishment of a mission predominates the lives of the ninja trying to accomplish it.

Nerdism Moment: CL'ANNAD

Nerdism Moment~!!!!!
Meaning I feel like talking about anime, games or something..
not always accepted by the "normal" world.
Ahem. Sooooo
I've been watching this anime called Clannad on Netflix.
Unforunately it is dubbed not subbed but I deal
because I am too lazy to always try and get comfortable
watching it on my laptop. I like the sofa OKAY?!?!
I also don't like moving my laptop from the desk
because he is comfortable on his desk
and when I move him I have to
unplug ALLLLLL his USB connections
and then he freaks out and loses internet
connection.
I don't know. He wasn't originally mine so I'm not sure
why he works this way. Must be a power setting =__=

Anyway~!!!!!!!
So I've been watching this anime and it's actually pretty interesting.
Doesn't seem like a "typical anime". It has its moments
but for the most part there's a pretty good story line and the characters
are fun to get to know. It really revolves around this guy who kind of has
nothin really goin' for him at home and his past is a bit hazy but instead
of being some bully at school he actually starts to try and make friends
with some random girls at the school. The thing is, the girls are a bit weird..
Only like two of them appear to have a normal life. The others he ends up kind of helping
with whatever problem they're having at school or with the past... There's like one who is
actually the spirit of a girl who's in a coma, then there's this chick who everyone thinks is like
a robot because of her stregnth and she likes to walk around in a bear suit. Then there's Negisa who seems very weird but ends up being a very sweet girl and joins Tomoya with trying
to get the drama club going. Well, the drama thing starts to get Tomoya (the guy sorry XD) to get more involved in their lives and they become friends.....and like I DONT KNOW. I suck at explaining things because there's all these details in between....bleh. It's interesting though.
I've been told to keep watching it because it gets better. I'm on episode 14 right now. The first story arch is only 24 eps, then there's the "After story" which is 24 eps too.
I don't know..it's weird and it has some fantasy in it, like the story of the girl and the robot in this whole other world going on... (like the photo).

There's not a lot of action in it...except when Tomoyo (the tough girl) beats the crap out of people. Kyou is also a hostile girl...she's hillarious though. XD. Then there's another girl who
is a dang genius but her social skills are hoorrrrible..so they try helping her.

Yeah. I pretty much failed trying to explain this. I suppose I will leave you with the ending song..

There also isn't much romance in this. Not yet anyway. It's mostly about friendship, strong bonds between people, fantasy..some suspense and maybe a little drama, but not much.
Meh. I like it. :]
Oh and I finished this other one called "Chance Pop Session". It's about friendship, sisterhood and music. It was actually cute and short (13 eps)

(Usually you'd see little dangos but it's Pika in this one! XD)
