Soy’B 2010! Photo Spammage!

Wheee! Soy’B is over before I realise!

Had to reach earlier due to my joining the Karaoke Competition, more talk about that in my next post perhaps. The day was very cursed for me. Not only did I left my home without my wallet (and thus having to waste time walking back for it) , I also forgot my extra camera batteries,SD Card and fake lashes. *palms forehead* I can’t even start describing how big a blunder that was. No wonder my make up case felt so light u_U Felt really awful without my fake lashes and had to literally cake my lids with black eyeliner and dark eyeshadows.

I’ll stop blabbering for now and go on to the photos!

Yup~ I told you guys i’m gonna be posting some information about SOY’B’ 2010 here. The event looks very promising this year. Especially since they are going to hold it at a bigger arena this time round and we all love spacious space yeah T_T??

Venue: Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Convention Centre LT 68A-E (Fully air conditioned and wayyyyy bigger!!! )
Time: 11am - 6pm
Entry tickets: $3 (pre-registration before the 10th Jan,) $5 (at the door)

Pre-ordered tickets are prices at $3, 2 WHOLE BUCKS lesser than buying at the door. So what are you waiting for? Hop over to their ordering form now and pre-order already!

You will receive a confirmation message that your details have been forwarded to us after you have filled and submitted the ticket pre-order form.

Should any error occur in the midst of your ticket pre-order submission just email ticketing@soy-japtsubasa.net together with the particulars which you have filled up in the form previously and they will assist you!

Cosplay and Karaoke competition

And yes of course, there will also be the usual Karaoke competitions. But take note, registration will close on the 8th of Jan 2010 !!!! An audition is required and it will be on the 15th Jan, so mark your calendar now!

No additional fee to compete, but contestants have to pre-order and collect their tickets during the auditions/briefing in mid Jan.

According to the SOY’B’ Committee, “Prizes will include Kinokuniya prizes as well as some new surprises to be announced closer to the event date”. I hope its something useful … please don’t give outdated merchandises =X

Booth Registrations

Booth Registration is open (still?) But take note that if you registered for a booth you must remember to pay for it by 10th Jan! Otherwise booking will be voided.

Tofu Contest!

 

Or rather, NAME the Tofu Contest!

But its not just any Tofu~ It’s our very own SOYA bean Tofu Mascot!!! Yup yup~ I’m talking about a Cosplay Event. Not a grandmother’s picnic outing.

With much anticipation, SOYA is coming back again next year and the committee members are actively working their arse off now (I presume xD)!

Do show your support for the event! It’s pretty much the only “For Fans by Fans” event left in our tiny Island =)

I’m sure all who went loved the epicly funny stage performances by the contestants and Emcees as much as I do! For all the Cosplay Events I’ve been to, I pretty much NEVER stay around to catch what’s going on stage. But the witty comments and highly fandom related jokes really made me stick around for more xD
